About Bridget Krutzik, Owner of Healing Illuminations: 

It is Bridget's sincerest joy to assist people with finding a balanced lifestyle that supports them in all ways - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.   She brings together information from scientifically based and spiritually based healing practices for an approach that works and honors the whole person.  She also believes that being and staying healthy is the most natural thing in the world- and it should be fun and easy! 

Bridget's Story:  "I grew up eating the diet that most Americans did, which was high in meat, starch, and fast foods.  As a result, I developed painful health challenges which conventional medical approaches that attempted to mask my symptoms rather than addressing the cause actually made worse.   I knew I needed to do something else if I wanted to feel better and that "something else" ended up being potent energy medicine and a diet based on whole, living foods.  I have deep compassion for anyone confronted with dietary confusion, weight challenges, chronic pain, and sugar/food cravings because I have experienced all of those things myself.   With the help of nutritional science and the holistic health tools that I now worked with and teach others, I was able to reverse my downward health spiral, regain my energy, and heal my relationship with food.  And, I continue to learn more and improve everyday!  I am so appreciative of the quality of life I have now that I choose to spend my time sharing all the truly priceless information that I know with other people who also care about feeling their best and living a long and vital life."
